"the grounds were well kept. The apt was clean and clean linen was available. But be sure to bring your own TP you get only one roll. The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating. AC was in the living room only. None in the bedroom.. The AC had some impact in the bedroom. Could see some mountain view."

We booked and were under the impression that all three in our party could be serviced at once, but it is more of a one person at a time setting. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. The drivers they recommended were great as well. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Kingston."

"The property is well kept, the atmosphere relaxing, but most of all I felt very safe. The communication level however at first could've been better. The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent.
