We stayed at the W Hotel for the Guns N’ Roses concert at Allegiant Stadium, and the location couldn’t have been better — quick, easy access and no hassle getting to the venue. Our room itself was gorgeous: huge, beautifully designed, with a fantastic shower, a separate bath, and plenty of space for clothes. We also really appreciated having an extra restroom.
However, a few things let the stay down. When we asked reception why there were two pairs of slippers but only one robe, we were told that rooms only come with one robe — which felt absolutely ridiculous for a double‑occupancy room. There was also no kettle available when we requested one. From our window, all we could hear were the air‑conditioning units outside, which was disappointing given the otherwise lovely room.
Amenities were surprisingly limited for a hotel at this level — just shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The gym was a standout, though: genuinely well equipped and far better than many hotel gyms we’ve seen around the world.
We were annoyed that building work wasn’t mentioned anywhere, and the Sky Lounge was closed without warning. Reception also felt understaffed; yes, digital check‑in/out was offered, but I prefer speaking to a human and having the chance to ask questions. Room service arrived in bags rather than on a trolley.
Overall, a beautiful room in a great location.

"Very clean and spacious apartment. Ours were over 2 floors. Well equipped with fridge and water boiler. Some plates and cutlery. Great breakfast served in the restaurant. Steps and stairs would probably not make this a good place for wheelchair users, except for the outdoor area"
