Self check-in late in the evening. The keys were ready as promised. Rooms were quiet and big enough for overnight stay. Breakfast had many alternatives and it was easy to find food for special diet.

Great hotel in Umeå

Originally booked in for one night but booked a second night on way home as first stay so good. Great location near the airport for overnight stop. Comfortable rooms, friendly smiling staff, great breakfast and evening meal included.

Sufficient for a one night stay

Very convenient location, could walk to the airport. Dinner included, although we went out. They packed us a breakfast for the next day and booked us a taxi with a child seat to our friend's house. There were no options to buy food (apart from chips and lollies) outside of the dinner e.g earlier when we got there. The room was tiny and super hard to fit a cot inside and still be able to move around. There is no lift. The spas and sauna were not on.

Fantastiskt trevlig kvinna i receptionen. Kom sent med lastbil, hon lovade att det skulle finnas mat, och hon var glad trots att min parkering inte var precis vad de önskade. God kvällsmat med fin utsikt. Det var samma bemötande förra gången jag var här. Kommer gärna tillbaka.
