Wir kommen schon seit Jahren hier einmal im Jahr hier her. Nur leider hat nun die Qualität sehr nachgelassen. In der ganzen Villa hat es nach Kanal gerochen - konnte man kaum aushalten. Es hat auch geregnet und das Haus war nicht dicht. Es hat hereingeregnet. Der Geschirrspüler war auch kaputt. Seit letztem Jahr haben sie einen neuen Supermarkt am Gelände der unglaublich teuer ist. Generell noch immer eine schöne Anlage nur die Qualität lässt nach.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer mit umfangreichen Freizeitoptionen, Restaurant Al Mare super, sehr freundliches Personal und gute Auswahl, Kaffee allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig. Negativ: Bäder haben nach Regenphase stark aus den Abflüssen gerochen, was sehr störend war in Anbetracht der hochpreisigen Unterkunftskosten, trotz Mitteilung an die Rezeption keine Abhilfe und auch kein sonstiges Entgegenkommen, zudem keine wirkliche Zimmerreinigung (bis auf Müll- und Handtuchwechsel) und keine Möglichkeit für Selbstreinigung, da weder Besen noch Staubsauger vorhanden waren.

Virkelig dejligt sted med god service

Det var en virkelig dejlig villa vi havde lejet. Der var god plads, sengene var gode og der var de fleste af de faciliteter vi havde brug for. Skulle dog lige skaffe ekstra opvasketabs og karklude så vi kunne vaske op og tørre bordene i køkken og spisebord af. Der var virkelig god service og personalet var meget søde og servicemindet. Der blev gjort rent og redt senge hver dag hvis man ønskede det. De var dog ikke så gode til at fylde op med sæbe og toiletpapir. Især det sidste der måtte vi tage fat i receptionen før vi fik fyldt op. De havde ikke helt styr deres udlejning af badehåndklæder - da vi spurgte til det blev vi sendt frem og tilbage mellem receptionen og pool personalet. Til sidst opgav vi. Der er flere spise muligheder på selve området som er et stort resort, men kvaliteten af maden er lidt blandet. Det kan godt svare sig at tage ind til Umag, da der er flere restauranter og kvaliteten generelt virker til at være lidt bedre.

Wir hatten ein Hus mit direktem Meerblick. Man hatte noch seine Ruhe, da es in der Nebensaison war. Sehr nettes Personal. Tolle Pools.

Découverte de l'enseigne PLAVA LAGUNA, nous avons été sur-classés. village vacances immense avec bord de mer complètement aménagé (il faut aimer...), lagon, marina. Très propre, service au petit soin. Tous commerces, restaurants, services et activités à immédiate proximité. Attention tout est payant

Anlage selber ist sehr schön, mit schönem Meer / Strand in Richtung Westen für schöne Sonnenuntergänge! Gute und viel Auswahl an kostenfreien Liegen, man kann auf der Wiese oder auf Steinen liegen und die Menschen verteilen sich gut auf der Anlage, sodass es trotzdem ruhig ist. Die Häuser sind leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die vergilbten Tücher über den Betten sollten sie dringend abnehmen, die sorgen für keinerlei wohlfühlfaktor. Leider auch etwas Schimmelprobleme (klar, bei der Feuchtigkeit am Meer!) in den Häusern - hier wird aber bestmöglichstes getan zum Beseitigen. Ebenfalls viele komische langbeinige Käfer, aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür, ist halt die Natur ;) Personal war freundlich und bemüht, bei Problemen zu helfen Alles in allem war es in Ordnung: außen top, innen naja. Aber man ist ja sowieso mehr draußen als innen :-)

... die Villas sind in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch werden diese nach und nach renoviert. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist eigentlich in keinem Verhältnis für den Service den man bekommt. Die Lage ist ansonsten sehr schön und es hat beim Meerbereich viel Schatten. Beim Aussenbereich des Hallenbades würden Sonnensegel (die Infrastruktur dafür ist ja gebaut) gut sein, damit man auch draussen liegen kann. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder, wenn aber nur in die Umgebauten Villas, denn sonst ist der Preis eigenltlich nicht gerechtfertigt.

Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt hier nicht

Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht. Die gemietete Villa war nicht im besten Zustand, Vorhangstangen hingen teilweise lose herunter, im Bad hatten wir eine Ameisenstraße und die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Schön war der Strand mit den Föhren/Pinien und es gab ausreichend Liegen. Wir waren aber in der Nebensaison unterwegs, wie es im Juli/August aussieht, kann ich nicht sagen.

The apartment was not clean, the fence door was broken, there was no room service anyday. The kitchen equipment is very poor and there is nothing to be used for washing the dishes. Many things were also broken on the bathroom. The public areas are also not in the best condition, my husband felt on the beach, the stairs were not clean and it was extremely slippery. You also don't have much privacy in the terrace, villas are very close to each other. The staff is not particularly friendly and helpful, many bars and estaurants are closed or low on staff. Not worth the price at all!!

Kleiner Mängel rechtfertigen nicht den hohen Preis

Insgesamt ein positives Urlaubserlebnis. Der erhoffte Luxusurlab war es jedoch nicht. Positiv: 1) Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit 2) Hervorragende Infrastruktur im Resort (Lokale, Sport, Freizeit, Einkaufen, ..). Negativ: 1) Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. 2) Inkomplette Küchenutensilien (Küche ohne Schwammtuch und kein Spülmittel, wenig Kochgeschirr) 3) Dunstabzug führt in einen geschlossenen Küchenoberschrank!! 4) Klimaanlage in Schlafzimmer kühlte nicht ausreichend, wodurch wegen der erforderlichen offenen Tür das Zweizimmer-Appartement zu einem Einzimmer-Appartement wurde. Angesichts der hohen Preise (man bekommt größere Appartaments auf dem letzten Stand der Technik in Umag um weniger als die Hälfte des Preises) werde ich nächste mal nich

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, nach einem schweren Sturm am ersten Tag wurde innerhalb von 2 Tagen fast alles wieder in Ordnung gebracht. Die Preise im vorhandenen Supermarkt waren sehr fair. Das einzige was mich gestört hat war, das alle Restaurants um spätestens 21 Uhr geschlossen wurden, oder eins davon gar nicht erst geöffnet war die ganze Woche. Ausserdem haben wir glücklicherweise vorher in den Bewertungen gelesen gehabt das keine Kaffemaschine vorhanden ist, wir haben unsere eigene mitgebracht. Aber im großen und ganzen alles Top
