Lovely BnB, easy to get to, nice rooms, not massive but was perfect for myself and my girlfriend and we really enjoyed it. Frank was lovely and welcoming. If you’re wanting a nice place outside windermere i would choose here.

Great place

I stayed two nights and it was good experience. Location was good and great place to walking around. Clean room and almost everything is there in room which requires for the guest. Frank the owner of the guest house lovely and great guy. Old property but well maintained. Overall nice place to stay.

Really lovely stay. Easy to find and in great location. Not far from Fell Foot and the railway station. Both Windermere and Ulverston are a short drive away. Room was perfect, cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and tea making facilities in the room were really appreciated!

We had a really lovely stay here. It was so quiet on the night and the people who own it are lovely. We felt very welcomed. The location is great too, only a short drive to Bowness-on-Windermere. Overall a lovely place to stay, will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

We absolutely adored this property, Frank was very welcoming and the room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for the Lakes and the property although next to a road, was really quiet. We’ll definitely be staying again, thank you!

Lovely stay. Frank was a lovely host. Great position for discovering the Southern Lakes. Although close to the main road it was very quiet. Breakfast was everything you need.
