Hotel located in industrial area, but you can walk approx. 2.5 km to the city center (Ulm mitte). to get dinner. Hotel only offers pizza (defrosted/heated). Breakfast is okay. Service at breakfast is good. Service desk not super welcoming or friendly.

Easy to find when walking from the main railway station. Room was clean and quiet, there was also aircon. Modern bathroom. My only minus is that the bed was super soft which caused backpain. Would not recommend if you're prone to back issues - otherwise worth the price!

Das Zimmer war sauber und ansprechend, es gab leider keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, hätte jedoch reichhaltiger sein können. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ansprechendes Design zu fairen Preis

Ein nettes Hotel in einem Gewerbegebiet, nicht allzu weit vom Hauptbahnhof Ulm entfernt. Kleiner Abzug für einen Blutfleck unter der linken Matratze sowie schwarze Haare zwischen den Laken, die sich aber schnell entfernen ließen in Summe ein schönes Hotel mit ansprechendem Design zu fairen Preis.

Gute Parkmöglichkeit, direkt am Hotel, jedoch teuer. Frühstück war gut. Frische Semmeln wären wünschenswert. Leider war die Matratze schon über den Zenit.

Zimmer ist sauber, aber sehr sehr klein, Lüftung ( es ist keine Klimaanlage!!!) sehr sehr laut, bringt nichts, zum Glück nachts konnte man Fenster öffnen, aber es ist sehr laut (SWU und Depot für Straßenbahn) und kommen Mücken rein.
