There was no breakfast included as advertised on hotels.com, as the restaurant was closed, but there was a supermarket nearby where I could buy some food. The room was comfortable and clean, and the check-in uncomplicated. Overpriced for a night with no breakfast, but ok for a highway stopover.

Ok for an overnight stay. A little misunderstanding by the male staff at the check-in but it was quickly solved. Helpful staff who gladly answered quistions about ferries to Ulvön, parking at Skuleberget among other things. We stayd in the older part of the hotel. The bed was good but the pillows were very hard and high in our room. Our friends in another room had the opposite, very low pillows. I f you are sensitive to sound during the sleep from the cars visiting the petrolstation on the other side of the hotel - remeber to bring earplugs. Good thing that there were two different kind of aircoolers in the room, it's not recommended to sleep with open window due to the nearby traffic.

The hotel looks dilapidated, As soon as you walk in it smells pretty awful. Going into the room I was nearly sick due to the smell of raw sewage. Quite literally the worst hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the world after 30 years of travelling/ working abroad. Staff were helpful in returning my £95 charge for staying there. I did not eat but seeing the restaurant I would not. 2 x bottles of water in the room were filthy dirty.

Disappointing

This hotel was our least favourite of the places we stayed while doing the High Coast trail. A bit shabby, and the staff were not so friendly. All attempts to contact the hotel by email (to ask about the restaurant) went unanswered, even those sent via hotels.com. The TV only had a few Swedish channels, and the image quality made even those unviewable. Not good.

Saknar hylla i badrummet Saknar också TV4 på rummet Mer info om middagen som ingår på en del bokningar men inte på andra. Vi hade alltid middagen med i priset, men den här gången fick vi betala och detta var inget vi visste från början.

Köpte superior för att få bättre standard, bortkastat. Frukost, smaklöst, dryckesalternativen mkt utspädd, ägg o bacon sämsta jag ätit. Fick komplettera frukosten på macken brevid. Få fasta eluttag i rummet, många förlängnings kablar dock.- elsäkerhet? Inga sänglampor. Känner mig lurad på pengarna.

Opersonligt hotell. Rummet mot gatan. En bensinstation och busshållplats som startar upp tidig morgon. EPA dunk av ortens ungdomar sent på kvällen så ingen lugn miljö utanför trots ett annars dött samhälle. Rent och nyrenoverat rum. En person i tjänst som ska sköta bar, restaurang och reception. Trots detta fick jag störa i rökpaus utanför hotellet vid två tillfällen då jag ville ha hjälp. Vänlig personal.
