Friendly owner who spoke English and changed our room immediately on learning we had a problem with the shower.
Good breakfast. Menemen would be great if it could be offered freshly cooked.

The manager Yalcin was very helpful. He assisted me when I had issues arranging taxis or ant language issues
All the staff are friendly and helpful. They order me a meal as my train was late and no shops were open.
There breakfast has a large selection and its very tasty.
Whenever I'm back in Sivas I will definitely stay in this hotel. The rooms are large and good value for money. 10/10.

Nice Hotel. Room was comfortable. One or two oversights with the cleaning. Someone's old razor in a draw, dust on the room folder and a cigarette burn hole in the duvet cover. The shower door had a big gap and lots of paint was peeling off the ceiling. Only stayed one night so wasn't bothered to mention the flaws.
Bed was comfortable, bathroom was otherwise very nice. Wifi was good. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Very convenient to walk into the town center. No problem...

Good value for money and good location. Breakfast was great. Several lights didn't work, the showers are small and pigeons roost on the a/c unit and coo loudly. Lots of free parking at the rear but that may change when redevelopment of that area happens.
