Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Verdant Valley, unpleasant stay….

Wrost experience. The first room shown was not in good shape , broken heater & the management wanted to charge for it.Room was changed to a o.k. Room. Dirty bed sheets, unchanged.Had to ask them to change them. Ask for towels. Breakfast was included but not offered . Toast & tea were prepared when requested. Wish had chosen a different place to stay. Cancelled another stay day due to difficulties encountered.
Stayed 1 night in Oct 2021
