We had a beautiful stay at Terra d’Avqua Resort & Spa. The Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English. The rooms were lovely and the pool and jacuzzi were great. The hotel is by the beach (small road in between) and there were free sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach. The pizzeria served the best pizzas ever! Would love to come again.

Un accueil très chaleureux et efficace. Nous étions une famille de 24 personnes venues pour le mariage de notre fils. Tout a été parfait grâce au patron et à tous ses collaborateurs. Tout le monde était aux petits soins. Ils nous ont organisé d excellents repas et ont laissé le marié se préparer. Le cadre est superbe et les chambres sont grandes et claires. Il y a un effet « cosy » et bord de mer dans chacune d elles. Toutes différentes mais très belles. Celles avec le jacuzzi sont incroyables! Petit luxe très apprécié. La piscine est impeccable et offre une magnifique alternative à la mer. L emplacement est idéal au fond d une rue et face à la mer, près d une réserve naturelle. C est calme et reposant. (sauf quand toute la famille était réunie. Nous avons été bruyants quelquefois et je m en excuse) le restaurant en terrasse à une vue magnifique et l on s y sent vraiment bien. Le patron est décontracté mais observe et va au devant des besoins des clients. Il est d une gentillesse et d une efficacité comme on en rencontre rarement. Et tout le personnel est dans le même esprit! Une magnifique expérience! Merci à tous et toutes

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement. Personnel très agréable et avenant. Emplacement idéal à 20 mètres de la plage où une équipe agréable vous accueille. La restauration est d’un niveau correct . Un bémol toutefois, le verre de vin facturé 12€ est exagéré

Es war einfach wunderbar. Das ganze Team war sehr besorgt um uns. Cool mal einen Wirlpool im Zimmer zu haben. Aber auch bietet die Hotelanlage einige Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Pool Das nächste mal nutzen wir auch das ein oder andere Angebot wie Massage, Fusspflege. Auf der Terasse kann man wunderbar frühstücken oder abends dinnieren. Und weil es außerhalb der Saison war, konnte man auch die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit der Natur genießen

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa splendida struttura dal 4 al 13 Luglio 2020... Il posto è incantevole.... Avevamo una Suit molto spaziosa con un patio esterno con piscina idromassaggio tutta x noi... È un posto ideale anche per le famiglie con bimbi...Il mare è difronte facevamo colazione e cena su uno splendito terrazzo... Vista incantevole.... Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale attento alle regole Covid che in questo periodo bisogna rispettare e a Terre D'acqua si rispettano alla lettera.... Il nostro bimbo è stato coccolato da tutti e un grazie particolare a Carlo per la sua gentilezza e professionalità... Torneremo sicuramente

sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang Zimmer hatte schönes Design, gute Ausstattung herzlicher Empfang, sehr guter erster Eindruck privater Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel, mit großem Tor geschützt Frühstück vielfältig und große Auswahl - Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ teils zu wünschen übrig, bspw. hatte die Klobrille noch Spuren des vorherigen Gastes, das Duschpanel war rostig und verkalkt und die Halterung für die Handbrause abgebrochen, Boden wurde trotz des unvermeidbaren Sandes vom Strand nicht täglich gewischt - Organisation des Abendessens bei Halbpension könnte verbessert werden, es gibt keine Abstimmung zwischen Service und Küche, wann welcher Tisch mit welchem Gang fertig ist und die nächsten Teller kommen können --> die grünen Bohnen als Beilage kamen 10 Minuten vor dem Hauptessen und wurden kalt, während des Hauptessens kam bereits das gefrorene Dessert, welches der Service dann irgendwie anderweitig unterbringen musste (wir haben die Halbpension ab dem 2. Abend wieder abbestellt) - die Arbeitslast unter den Kellner*innen beim Abendessen ist sehr unterschiedlich verteilt, während einige permanent rennen müssen, wissen andere nicht, wo sie anfangen sollen, und das unter den kritischen Augen des Chefs, der permanent alles beobachtete

Modernt hotell med rent och snyggt rum. Bekvämt nära strand. Rejäl frukost. Personalen i receptionen (Jennifer) var väldigt tillmötesgående och serviceminded. Vi läste recensioner om att restaurangen var toppen, men nej. Inget särskilt och icke-kommunikativ personal. Grannbordet skickade ut maten.

Perfect retreat in Salento

Excellent hôtel

Tout d'abord, je remercie encore et encorr le patron, sa femme et son frère qui nous ont racontée l'histoire de cet hôtel. Très beau hôtel, propre et soigné, accueil chaleureux, personnels disponibles et sympathiques, rapport qualité prix plus que satisfaisant. On y retournera.

grazioso hotel a due passi dal mare

l'albergo gode di un'ottima posizione, veramente molto vicino ad una spiaggia, attrezzata, con affitto di ombrelloni e lettini. si vede che è stato recentemente ristrutturato, quindi, l'impatto è buono. molto pulito e curato, con un personale gentile e disponibile. abbiamo anche usufruito del ristorante, dove abbiamo potuto mangiare delle ottime pietanze.

Great Hotel by a lovely beach!

We had a lovely stay in Da Gianni. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and the water pressure was amazing. It is located next to a lovely beach with lifeguard. The restaurant was very good and free and easy parking was available. We will be back :)

Mehr Schein als Sein

Die Zimmer, da neu, sehr gut. Der Service zum Frühstück enttäuschend, nur ein Beispiel jeden Morgen zum Cappuccino Zucker bestellen, die " Kellnerin" schien nie ausgeschlafen. Der Weg durch den Garten halsbrecherisch, grottenschlecht verlegte Bodenplatten. Einmal zu Abend gegessen, sehr schlecht. Weder die Vorspeise noch der Hauptgang kam nach insgesamt 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit zugleich, und das für 2 Personen. War auch das erste und letzte mal zu Abend. Das war unser ca. 40. Aufenthalt in Italien für länger als 7 Tage, wir wissen wovon wir schreiben. Können die Gesamtbewertung für dieses Hotel nicht nachvollziehen. Aber abschliessend die Zimmer sind toll.

Fair hotel but expensive

Close to a fair beach. Small room but expensive. Not good value for money. You even have to pay 10 euros for the beach chairs when you pay 200 euros a day !!
