Bien que l’hôtel ait les infrastructures nécessaires, l’isolation laisse à désirer (on entend aussi bien les voisins, que la musique du restaurant et tous les bruits dans la rue). Le personnel n’est que peu serviable et ne nous a pas fourni les informations de base (pas d’informations sur le petit déjeuner sans demander, pas d’info sur l’horaire de check out, le moment du paiement) ils répondent le stricte minimum lorsqu’on leur demande des informations sur les services sur lesquels ils communiquent pourtant sur leur site (ne connaissent pas les prix des traitements au spa, ne savent pas si il y a des vélos disponibles, etc, etc). De plus, la connexion wifi est quasi inexistante. Nous avons séjourné début mai, et il s’avère que la saison n’a pas encore commencé à Torre San Giovanni. Il n’est donc pas possible d’avoir des chaises longues à la plage, un menu complet au restaurant ou le services de navette pour se déplacer dans la région. Le rooftop n’est aussi pas ouvert. La sélection au petit déjeuner est médiocre avec seulement quelques cakes (pas de pain, ni de salé) Tout ceci est pourtant mis en avant sur leur site internet. Trop peu d’informations se trouvent en chambre (pas de détails sur le minibar, le room service, le code du wifi, ni même une liste des numéros de téléphone, donc impossible d’appeler la réception). Le village est également peu vivant avec peu de restaurants ouverts et pas d’animation, je ne recommanderais pas de ce rendre la bas à cette période.

A primo contatto hanno tentato di darmi una camera si pulita ma in una posizione che nessuno vorrebbe. Per t3 giorni consecutivi ho dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani In quanto ne mettevano la metà, poi la carta igienica ecc.

L'albergo giusto per una settimana di relax.

L'albergo è molto confortevole. Personale preparato e capace, molto disponibile. Le camere sono pulite. Colazione eccellente con pasticceria fresca oltre all'offerta della colazione internazionale. Unico appunto da fare. Il Personale delle pulizie va seguito di più nelle dotazioni delle camere (asciugamani, shampo,...); in un paio di circostanze è mancato un asciugamano e un paio di volte non sono stati lasciati gli shampo. Il diffusore della doccia, probabilmente pulito con un decalcigicante, non era proprio all'altezza dell'hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, nice restaurant

Located very close to the main lively part of the town and boardwalk. Very friendly staff. Typical Italian 3 star hotel with all the basics covered. Very nice restaurant. Around the corner from the delicious Martinelli pastry shop / bakery.

accoglienza professionale, pronta completamente rivolta all'ospite. Aree comuni ampie, nuove ed accessibili. Camera grande con terrazzo vista mare (laterale su ns richiesta). Malgrado avessi richiesto un posto nel parcheggio privato/garage all'atto della prenotazione, mi è stato detto che non era disponibile, se non a pagamento. Avendo la macchina carica, ovviamente ho pagato 10 euro per una notte. Ovviamente non era specificato nella pubblicità dell'hotel che il parcheggio privato era a pagamento. Personale gentile che però ha rimarcato più di una volta che ci "fermavamo solo per una notte"

Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren ok. Das Hotel lag ideal, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Der Lärm in der Nacht vom Freizeitpark, der direkt neben dem Hotel liegt, war hingegen sehr störend, da bis um 2 Uhr gesungen und Musik gespielt wurde. 10€ pro Nacht für die Einstellhalle ist recht teuer.
