"Staff gentilissimo. La struttura potrebbe essere manutenuta meglio, c’è un locale all’ultimo piano con musica fino a tardi che potrebbe disturbare chi va a dormire presto. La colazione è limitata a cibo locale, quasi assenti opzioni dolci."

"The hotel is so beautiful and comfortable. All the staff are super helpful, kind, and communicative. The front desk (I forgot his name) went out of his way to receive a package and get another one picked up. The location is also great- you can walk or easily find a tuktuk outside, and there are plenty of shops and sightseeing around. At the same time, it was so peaceful and somehow the outside noise didn't carry in. Wish I could've stayed longer!"

"This was a beautiful place to stay in the Old City, perfect for the City Palace and Lake Pichola. The staff were really helpful, the breakfast was good and the accommodation was everything that was promised. Taxis are not allowed into the Old City so there is a short walk once dropped off which I was aware of from other reviews."
