A peaceful stay with my wife and child.

Great 4 night stay! Excellent breakfast and dinner! Excellent staff! Comfortable beds. Rooms are a little old and outdated. No bar fridges in rooms. But it doest take away from the beauty of the place or experience.

Neben unserem Zimmer wurde eine Party mit 30 Personen abgehalten, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch draußen. Bis 03:00 in der Früh , dann wieder ab 06:00. Man hätte uns ein anderes ruhigeres Zimmer geben können, das Hotel war nur mit Partygästen belegt. Keine Weiterempfehlung

Diese Unterkunft war einzigartig. Bei der Anreise haben Sie unseren Namen nicht gefunden, erst als ich meine Hotelunterlagen vorgelegt hatte, sind Sie nochmal auf die Suche gegangen, dann bekamen wir zwei Zimmer angeboten, eines schlimmer als das andere - Sauberkeit scheint in dieser Anlage ein Fremdwort zu sein. Nicht zu empfehlen.

DAS Bettzeug war leider viel zu dick für die Jahreszeit. Der Rauch des Rauchers von der Nachbarterrasse zog direkt zu uns rüber -das war unangenehm weil wir so alle Fester schliessen mussten. Man lässt die Raucher möglichst auch nicht auf der Terrasse rauchen

Nice property, poor food

Very nice property but let down by the quality of food in the restaurant. My dinner was cold and virtually inedible - a curry, where bone and gristle were the main ingredients - but, to be fair, the restaurant manager handled the situation very well. I was also concerned that the hotel tried to recharge my credit card for the stay, despite having prepaid with Hotels,com.

Hotel met zwembad

Prachtig hotel dat voor ons slechts diende als overnachting op doorreis van St. Lucia naar Cradock (gelegen ongeveer halvewege de route), maar dit mooie hotel met vele faciliteiten is een verblijf van meerdere dagen zeker waard. Goede kamer, leuk zwembad, fiets- en wandelpaden, tegen betaling spa mogelijkheden, gelegen tussen Kokstad en Harding aan de N2.

A staff member called Charmaine was extremely helpful, as were the manageress and staff! Extremely pleasant sty and definitely recommend it! Only thing that would be great is a bar fridge in the cheaper rooms!

Peaceful & quiet, just what I needed for a one night stay. Dinner & breakfast was good, enjoyed the Spa treatment. Stay was too short to experience the forest walks and other facilities, will definitely visit again.

A wonderful stay

Was weary because of bad reviews but what a pleasant surprise. Rooms are beautiful, clean, comfy beds, spacious, Lovely staff, food was great. Up to date and wonderful hotel. Beautiful setting. Hikes , mountain trails, tennis, mini golf, bar with pool area. Loved it all!

Very nice and quiet with beautiful surroundings

The room was great, except that it didn't have any fans or air conditioning. The biggest though was that upon checking in, we were not informed whether the breakfast (or any other meal) was included or not in the price we paid. We were just told what time the meals are served and only found out later that none of the meals are included in the price we paid.

Superb

loved it and we will definitely be back.....ideal for us visiting family in the area....friendly staff, nice spacious clean room, lovely resort with outdoor pool and great restaurant / food. A couple of things to consider improving were that the wifi didn't work in our room and the TV picture quality was poor. The hotel is also a bit further away than the 8 miles from Harding quoted on the Hotels.come website.
