"I make it a point to take that 3 hour drive from Boise to JP at least 1 × per month. I give myself a two night stay in ither the K- delx twr rms (overlooking the pool) OR 10th flr (TOP FLR!) stay in the beautiful Spa rms!! I ❤️ this resort casino getaway! I do, however, hv 1 major discrepancy...its a RESORT HOTEL with ZERO concierge help. I find that extremely disheartening. It is a RESORT..correct? *A VERY LRG RESORT HOTEL & CASINO* I myself hv wrkd in Lrg upscale Destination Hotels. That is thee 1st most important part of thee allure for any high roller. I guarantee ur staff would excel at mkn actual tips. Then to be told i hv to LEAVE MY ID with the fd staff if I want a luggage cart!!! Then, I hv to roll it BK IN thr myself(!?) I saw an elderly woman doing this for herslf and I about died . I feel that is not the proper way to run a resort hotel. The diff between EXTRA & EXTRAORDINARY is THE "EXTRA". Best of luck to all!!"
