"Our visit can only be described as comical. We booked a room with a kitchen, never saw one. Apparently our booking had been taken when they were full. There were language barriers which contributed to our issues ok but we ended up in a room that was not fit for purpose. Internet was spasmodic, the shower was broken, we only managed one hot shower each across 3 days. The bathroom door was broken meaning it could not be closed. "Merhabalar, çalışanlar cok ilgiliydi o konuda çok memnunum. Temizlik konusunda orta diyebiliriz. Çarşaflar ve yastıklar ne kadar yıkanmış temizlenmiş olırsa olsun saclar vardı yine. Havlular da koku vardı. Onun dışında kahvaltı güzeldi. Yataklar idare eder. Tek memnun kaldığımız çalışanların inanılmaz yardımcı olmaya çalışmaları ve güler yüzleri."
