"When I checked in, I was told by the hotel that they did not have my reservation. I showed them Hotels.Com booking confirmation but they insisted that they did not received any emails from Hotels.Com on my booking. I was lucky they was still room available and I managed to get the same room rate offered by Hotels.com. Not sure whether it was Hotels.com fault or the hotel itself.
