Staff was friendly and courteous, property was well maintained and the room was very clean. Although this hotel is the farthest from the city center, it is still easily within walking distance if you prefer not to pay to park. Besides, a good walk after dinner or lunch helps digestion, lol.

Holiday Inn Express Helen by IHG
The beds need to have pillow top mattresses or different mattress. It was awfully uncomfortable. The pool was nice. The breakfast was great. Just the beds were rough on our backs and the pillows.

It was very outdated like 1990s.. the drains in the bathroom and tub slowly drained, the Jets in the tub when you turned them on it looked like pieces of mold came out, so we chose not to use the whirlpool tub.. indoor pool was big but uncap. Loreley Resort
Staff was very courteous, space was well stocked and bedding and furniture was comfortable. Location is great, very walkable and the property is quiet and peaceful.
