Super place to relax and enjoy the thermal waters.

The weather was super nice. The accomodations were very good by the mountain. The staff was great. The thermal pools were the best! It was quiet. We went for a walk and there were tons of eucaliptus trees. The smell was awesome.

Los termales son muy buenos, nos gusto que estuvieran aparte de los huespedes de pasadia, me parecio una gran detalle que tienen estaciones de agua, aromaticas y tinto permanente, se respira mucha paz.Los cuartos son muy completos, pero para nuestro gusto las camas son algo duras; tambien sugeriria que amplien el horario de restaurante o dejen una tienda de productos varios hasta mas tarde. Tambien seria bueno que el personal de piscina y de restaurante prestaran la misma calidad de servicio entre semana, ya que se nota la diferencia con el servicio en fines de semana.

Un lugar tranquilo con excelentes zonas humedas. El restaurante no tiene una buena oferta sobre todo en las noches y los platos demasiado costosos para las pequeñas porciones que ofrece. Siento que quieren exprimir al máximo a los huéspedes con los altos costos de todos los servicios adicionales, en especial el restaurante.

Muy bien, el sitio es espectacular, la limpieza, la atención, la comida super. Lo único es arreglar la parte vieja del turco y baños, pero en general todo muy bien.

Zonas Húmedas sin mantenimiento.

La atención de su personal no hay ningún punto negativo, amables y siempre atentos. habitaciones con baños sin remodelar, muy pobres en su presentación, toallas muy duras sin suavizantes. Zonas húmedas sin remodelar, lo mismo de hace 30 años, pisos del baño turco lamentable con parches de cemento y la piscina la escalera de entrada baldosín de hace 30 años muy deteriorado. Mi consejo no dejen decaer el hotel y hagan las mejoras necesarias y que están a la vista.

El hotel es maravilloso, atienden muy bien y los termales son excelentes. Creo que es necesario renovación de colchones por qué la cama y las almohadas quitaban durante la noche el descanso del día

Brillante pero ruidoso

Lugar mágico lleno de una riqueza natural ideal para plan familiar. Sin embargo no logramos descansar plenamente debido a que el ruido en las pasillos y zonas comunes es muy alto por parte de los huéspedes y no se respeta el descanso, falto más control por parte de la administración para evitar tanto ruido y respetar el descanso de los demás
