This is an amazing and relaxing property. It is well maintained with a beautiful landscape, a great pool area and an entertaining section for either families or couples. The room was gorgeous with a very comfortable kind sized bed, wooden fixtures and a colonial style that offers an amazing view of the mountain chain. The breakfast was well portioned and the restaurant area itself is eye catching. Besides the colonial style of this property, that goes along Villa De Leyva’s attractiveness, the best were the company of the two cute dogs and the helpful & respectful workers.

Terrible hotel, looks nice from the outside , but the rooms are old , smell bad and they were not too clean. When we got there , there was noone attending the service desk , it took awhile for someone to come. We asked if they can recommend a place to have dinner , and their response was that they could not help us with that. We were also given a set price when we made the reservations and once there, they charged us additional 19%. Don't come here, find a better hotel. The charge was too much for quality of the room. I will not recommend this hotel to family that loves to travel in colombia.

Not the hotel you want

Well, i yave to be honest for the sake of other travelers considering this hotel: - No hot water - toiletries only available of you pay for them (shampoo, soap, etc) - No variety in thr breakfast - Very small rooms - Noisy Also, we saw a couple of guests that had paid their room in advance not being able to check in due to overbooking. At this time, I would not recommend this hotel nor go back

Nice property, pool water is a little cold for my taste. The price on hotel.com showed thatvit included all taxes. When we got there they changed and extra 20%. We are not happy

I came across this place online, and seems to be nice. I booked it and like most of the hotels, it says that the service was 24 hours. But, by the time we arrive after 5 hours driving, we found the main entrance closed at midnight, and we tried to call and nobody answered and all the lights were off. we stayed there for more than 30 minutes and no response. With a tired little kid in the car we tried to contact Expedia and they didn't help at all and they didn't get responsible for the booking fee. So, really bad experience with the hotel and Expedia as well first and last time.
