"Kaiserhof is a very unique, small hotel. It is centrally located in Ried, close to the town square and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. This was our second time staying there and we would recommend it highly to anyone having business or personal reasons to travel to Ried i. Innkreiss and the surrounding area."

I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. More like an apartment than a bedroom with kitchen and dining table. Nothing to allow you to have a hot drink such as milk or tea/coffee even though there is a fridge and kettle. "Absolute Wohlfühloase, traumhaftes Interieur, hochwertige Möbel, super Saunen, Pools, Garten und Fitnessbereich. Schöne, hochwertige Zimmer, nettes Personal, gute Drinks - einzig beim Abendessen hätte man noch kulinarisch eine Schippe drauf legen können - hier also ausbaufähig. Das Hotel ist aber für eine entspannte Spa-Auszeit trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "
