"There were hopping fleas all over their discusting carpet. And bugs jumping out of the sink. I am not sure if all "suites" there are like this. Or if I just got really lucky. It was so bad that I had to "flee" the property at 11:30 pm. And sleep in my car. I only stayed there because I was having construction done on my own home nearby. Never ever would think this hotel would be so run down and discusting. Especially considering the location. Still charged for 2 nights there. That I will e disputing. Expedia.. said they would dispute it for me. We shall see if they make this right. Never leave bad reviews ever!"

"Very comfortable rooms..only thing negative was there were no vending or soda machines or guest laundry even though it says there is. Also if you get a room in the back be prepared to walk all the way around everytime you want to go anywhere because all of the exit gates c are locked or there isnt any. But cofortable bed great spacious room. "

"We were traveling as a family, including the grandparents, as well as a service dog. We stayed in the premium suite. It was fabulous! There were two separate bedrooms connected in the center with a family room. If you’re traveling with family this is the most amazing option. Breakfast was great, they had an amazing selection of K-cups readily available. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Security cameras in all common areas and a feeling of safety. We’ll be driving this way again and are really looking forward to making this a regular pit stop for our crew. "

"A nice budget hotel and the breakfast had many options, hot and cold. Friendly staff, small gym with few visitors. Overall a good value for the area. "

"We just used this as a stopover to break our return trip into two segments (I didn’t want to drive 13 hours in one stretch). The room was fine, clean etc but the property is in an industrial area and there’s nothing really within walking distance. Another note, the room didn’t have a microwave or a mini fridge. Those aren’t really a necessity but it seemed strange since the other three places we stayed on our trip did. The reality is I would stay here again if I was passing through. But if Bakersfield was my destination I’d probably find somewhere else to stay that was more centrally located."
