"The property was very clean and staff really helpful. I have no idea why someone else found them unhelpful. They even do a turn down service in the evening with a chocolate, which is lovely. "This hotel was so much bigger and better than I expected. What we paid did not reflect how amazing this holiday was. Absolute bargain. The spa is great and all the staff are so lovely. The kind man at reception who helped us when my friend hurt her ankle and arranged transport for us ❤️ the food was fabulous and was different everyday. Something for everyone. Couldn’t be happier with our holiday!"

"Overall a great hotel. Strong points are as follows; quite tidy and neat in the communal areas, good food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, polite staff, brilliantly easy access to the pool, complimentary cava in the afternoons, breathtaking views from the sea facing room! So pretty strong on most fronts. Negatives are as follows; caters mostly to German travellers but would certainly help if English proficiency was stronger amongst reception. "Food was amazing, communal areas were perfect and plenty of amenities. All staff are very pleasant and really helpful. The only issue I had was with the room initially - tiny bugs were in the kitchen area (I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for a while). Maybe common in these locations - I’m not sure. However, it was clean overall and bug spray I got at a local shop sorted this out."

"We loved the pools and availability of the sun loungers all the time. The food was amazing and presented for every meal. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms clean. Bonus to have some UK tv channels. All inclusive package had good choices and liked that there were other cafes and bars included outside the hotel . Wil definitely recommend this to our friends and family."
