When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. "Stayed for one night on journey heading South. Clean and comfortable hotel room.
Evening meal was very good but with a limited menu, especially for vegetarian friends we were with.
Good position with plenty of parking and small garden. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well !
