Já chegamos com problema em 1 dos quartos! Banheiro com defeito na descarga! Sr Marcos muito gentil e o sr Adão ou Abraão!Nao lembro, tbm muito simpático ! Solicitei para prepararem as banheiras e piscina ! Nao foi executado,como tinha pedido! Para as 09:00 Lá perto das 11:00 o SPA estava pela metade! E perdemos a manhã toda esperando! A recepcionista, não era nada gentil! (Seria de bom grado,fazerem um curso de como tratar clientes)!! Em todos os quartos, não tinha sobre lençol nas camas! Tínhamos que dormir com aquele acolchoado por cima! Não tinha cheiro de lavado! Tirando estes problemas, estava bom a hospedagem! O senhor de reparos,tbm era simpático!!!

Hotel muito acabado, antigo, quartos com mofo, troquei de quarto pois minha filha é alérgica, e deu na mesma, o pó tomava conta dos quartos, sem contar a catinga insuportável dos banheiros, nos ralos, sanitário solto, fui com uma ótima expectativa pelas fotos e pelo valor cobrado, e sem duvida foi uma das minhas maiores decepções em termos de hotelaria.

Precisa melhorar muito a estrutura.

Os funcionários do hotel foram bem atenciosos, desde a recepção até na hora das refeições, mais a limpeza do quarto deixa muito a desejar e a estrutura do hotel esta bem precária com sala de jogos, academia e outros ambientes. O parque aquático que faz parte do hotel também deixa muito a desejar na sua estrutura, sem manutenção e falta chuveiros no vestiário.

Os funcionários são ótimos... Acolhedores e preocupados em nos ver bem...especialmente a recreadora que nos propiciou alegria e entrosamento. As dependências do hotel são satisfatórias...precisa de manutenção para manter o espaço que é lindo. S banheiros das areas comuns precisam de uma atenção especial com a limpeza e com a reforma. Somente duas banheiras de hidromassagem funcionavam... A ducha escocesa não estava em funcionamento. A piscina externa, as aquecidas e espaço do parque aquático é excelente. O café da manhã é delicioso. O quarto é confortável em especial a cama que era enorme...tudo muito limpo e cheiroso nas roupas de cama e toalhas. Pena que como no anunciado não havia TV de tela plana e canais a cabo no quarto apenas na sala comum. Mas no geral o espaço é bom pra descansar.

Houve um problema de sincronismo com minha reserva, que não era de conhecimento do hotel até a minha chegada. O assunto foi resolvido mas em função dessa falha fomos encaminhados para um quarto da reserva técnica, que era bastante pequeno e desconfortável. Pela sua localização creio que os demais são (um pouco) melhores, mas nossa acomodação deixou a desejar. Quanto aos serviços não tenho reclamação, na medida do possível o problema da reserva foi contornado com boa vontade e os serviços gerais do hotel estão dentro do previsto. A estrutura do hotel como um todo é regular, sem destaques positivos ou negativos.
