"Difficulty with check in. Key Codes not sent until after noon. We had problems with our cell service so didn’t get email. Phone call didn’t go through. Had to stop at a restaurant to use their WiFi ti get email to get in. Email should be sent earlier in the morning. Opened Windows for air in room, but people were smoking at front door to Hotel and smoke came into our room several times, even at 6 am! "

You will get an email about this AFTER you make a reservation. There is also a charge for cleaning, which is quite high, but we found this easy to avoid if you agree to tidy up when you leave (return to the state you found it). Had we known of the full cost up front and made the reservation on that basis, we would have been quite happy with the stay. The cottage was rustic and comfortable, very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor area surrounded by nature. Note that check-out is somewhat early - 10:30AM, considering you may have to clean the place before you leave. "
