"Our room was not as clean as it should have been. You could clearly tell the bathroom wasn’t swept well. Our door would close but you could see the door was separated from the trim/door way. "

"Room wasn’t very clean, dirty floors, bed sheets didn’t seem freshly washed. And please vacuum the carpet in the hallways! Breakfast was good with variety of options, staff was friendly and helpful. "

"I didn't use any of the amenities, but the lamp was missing a switch, the bathroom counter was pretty dirty, the faucet looked rusted and like someone spit their toothpaste on top of it. The faucet in the shower was totally corroded and ugly. I understand it's humid, but that kind of build of doesn't happen overnight. "

"Staff didn't acknowledge my booking because they couldn't find me in the system. Even after showing my reservation confirmation number, I was told to call the booking company. While on the phone outside, they found my reservation printed off on the desk which pulled me from the system. This wouldn't be a big deal, but due to circumstances I had a late check-in and had an extremely early morning check-out... I just needed a few hours of sleep. No soaps in the bathroom (hand soap or shower soaps). Broken towel rack. Rust/mold in the fridge."
