"This little place is a gem!! Wow! Less than $30 a night per room! It was clean, spacious rooms, beautiful views of the mountains. It was peaceful and the restaurant just down the road had delicious food. I would love to stay here again for a few nights instead of just one."

These mistakes can happen ofcourse, but even though it was their fault, it took a lot of time and convincing before I got my money back.
