"The Airport Shuttle from Prague airport was delayed by 30 mins. Had to call up the Hotel (had to make international calls) which was very frustrating. But the gentleman who picked us up was very apologetic and helpful."

We had to call the front desk and were only provided with a few clean towels. We were also told that if we had called later, no staff would have been available. This is below basic hotel standards. The location couldn’t have been better — it’s very central, making it easy to walk to all the main sights while still feeling relaxed and comfortable. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had a really stylish yet quirky design that gave it a lot of character. It felt modern and thoughtfully put together without being over the top. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with recommendations or any requests. The spa area was absolutely beautiful — a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The food was also very good, and considering the quality of everything, the price was excellent value. Overall, it was a great stay from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. I’d happily stay there again!"
