"Check-in was quick, easy, and the woman that checked us in was cheerful and helpful. Our room was missing silverware, had stained carpet, and black mildew or mold at the bottom of the shower. The stove was rusty. The most disgusting thing was the half cookie or crisp my husband found in our bed. I notified management using the same method they used to contact me with the check-in process.
