Nuestra estadía en Las Palmas fue muy muy agradable. El lugar lindo y la gente que nos atendió fue siempre muy amable y afectuosa. Siempre preocupados de atendernos y ofrecernos ayuda con lo que necesitábamos. Nota especial a los cócteles y la comida que nos sirvieron.

Perfect Hostel run by a German. Perfect European kitchen. The only place in Cuba that can make Spaghetti "Al Dente" and real Wiener Schnitzel and other... It was a relief after 2 Weeks of Cuban food to eat like at Home. His hostel was one of the best experience in Cuba as its run with german prefection and Julio, the waiter is a charm. We enjyed the good wine, cocktails and real Parmesan...

Our stay at Las Palmas was excellent. A very special thank you to Jorge and all the staff. Las Palmas is a hidden paradise once you come in off the street. The food is excellent, the room is spotless and the staff are wonderful people. We would highly recommend staying at Las Palmas.

My partner and I stayed at Las Palmas for 4 nights and used it as a base to enjoy Trinidad and the area. We were hosted by an excellent team who work tirelessly in the background making sure our stay was comfortable. Taxis are available on request as is a laundry service and the en-suite rooms are cleaned daily. We would thoroughly recommend a stay for its convenience to Trinidad, its affordability and above all to enjoy the peace and quiet and excellent service. We're sure to return

The staff of the hostal were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were very nice and fresh. The hostal is a bit outside Trinidad but you could get easily to the city with a taxi (6€ one way). The rooms were very clean, but unfortunately no safe was available in our room.

A clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay with a fabulous pool. They kindly arranged taxis for us into Trinidad and were able to make recommendations as to the local area including snorkelling locally. We ate there one night. The food was really lovely and a good quantity with great service. The mini bar was a great advantage as it was amply filled each day at prices you would pay on the street. They kindly did some laundry for us. Couldn't ask for more. We would return.

Pan majitel je velice vstřícný a ochotný, dokáže se vším poradit a vše zařídit, je to velice hezké místo s rodinou atmosférou, výborná domácí kuchyně, můžeme s manželkou jen doporučit. Celkově jsme zde chtěli zůstat 3 dny, ale potom jsme ještě jede den přidali :-))))

Gracias por su recomendacion. Nuestros Precios estan un poco mas alto que en la ciudad pero tenemos una piscina grande y un areal de 2 mil metros cuadrados que es a su disposicion y cuesta de mantener.

Nice, quiet accommodation. Loved the pool, very large and clean. Easy walk to the port for excursion we booked in Trinidad. Hosts were great. They like to be paid in euros.

The mixed reviews are as mystifying as they are absurd, and we’re very lucky we didn’t let them put us off of staying at this delightful place. Unbidden, they upgraded us to a massive suite that could easily be divided into four rooms, complete with hot tub and exclusive terrace. The suite is too big to capture in a photograph, but I've tried here. The place was immaculate, and we saw no trace of the dampness others have reported (despite there being a torrential downpour during our stay). The pool is huge, and kept very clean. The owner is extremely personable and consistently went the extra mile to ensure that we had a good time both on and off his property. His recommendations were just right for us and he made all the arrangements for our various activities, including horseback riding, tours, and a day at the best beach. He’s also an incredible chef. Georg clearly cares a great deal about showing his guests not just a good time, but a memorable experience. Our stay there was the highlight of our trip!

The property is huge, a castle about 2 kms away from Trinidad. Taxis 5Euro. Breakfast available, dinner also. Small bar. Friendly staff. Room was sufficient but a little basic. I would have liked a jug to boil water, cotton sheets on the bed and a blanket or duvet. Host was very helpful.

The place is far from what is shown in pictures. Possibly a nice (decent) place many years ago but for sure not now. You are entering from a side door that is always open and not from the fake main entrance. Dirty, limited and unpleasant smell.

No reclamaron nada y asi nosotros no podemos ayudar que su estancia sea buena para ustedes. Todos los Fotos de nuestra Casa estan actual y por eso no entendemos cual es la diferencia que vio usted? What a lovely place to stay! After reading the previous reviews I wasn't sure we'd made the right choice but it was an absolute sanctuary. Jorg and all the staff are so friendly and Jorg is an incredible chef. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the pool is a very welcome way to cool off at the end of the day. Jorg goes out of his way to help organise taxi's, tours etc. I highly recommend Las Palmas. I don't understand why a previous comment said it was difficult to find ~ it wasn't. It's on the main Casilda Road and the facade looks like a castle. WiFi works well, shower was excellent

Las Palmas is a lovely oasis in Cuba we didn't find anywhere else with a lovely pool, great food and even better cocktails! George and his staff we're charming and we really had a proper 'holiday' relax.There is easy access by taxi to Trinidad and the lovely beaches. If you like lobster and the best piña colada you can find, this is your place.

A terrible experience. The adress of the place was not the right one. It took us two hours to get to the right place, which was in Casilda (not Trinidad). The house didn't even have the number outside, which made it harder to find at night. The two rooms we were given had an unbearable smell of moisture. The sheets were dirty, unchanged. The pillow had mold spots. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. We could barely sleep because it was difficult to breathe. We did not wait for the second day and at 7 am we look for another place that was clean. It is a shame because the hotel has good conditions but the service was appalling.

Es tut uns leid wenn euch euer Aufenthalt bei uns nicht gefallen hat. Ihr hattet angerufen und gefragt ob ihr etwas später kommen könnt seit aber dann erst um 11:30 Uhr Nachts angereist, Es gab keinerlei Beschwerden von euch und ihr seit am anderen Tag ohne auszuchecken abgereist. Unverständlich, denn wenn ihr ein Problem mit einem Zimmer hattet wäre das selbstverständlich schnellstens gelöst worden. Alles in allem sehr Merkwürdig.

Owner is a German man who is friendly and helpful. He replied to my booking, giving me directions and making sure I can find his house. He even sent his regular taxi driver to pick us up at the bus station as we arrived late. The house facade was a bit daunting due to an ongoing renovation when we arrived but when you enter the gate, it’s a different world inside. A Fully lush garden with a bridge, a pond and jacuzzi awaits you. The room was, however a little disappointing as we were met with a musty smell. I had to soar the room with my cologne to be able to stay. The room had seen its days and shower pressure too weak for my liking but it was ok for our 2 nights stay, considering the price. They can serve you dinner and breakfast for a price. Dinner was great at 10CUC but breakfast was overpriced at 7CUC.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous n'ayez pas pris en compte notre emplacement lors de la réservation et que vous ayez uniquement évalué l'emplacement et non notre auberge. Il est clair que nous sommes juste à l'extérieur de Trinidad et c'est pourquoi c'est beaucoup plus calme ici que dans le centre. Nous sommes à 3 km du centre et il existe plusieurs moyens peu coûteux pour se rendre en ville à partir d'ici, taxi 5-6, train 1, calèche 1. C'est ce que nous proposons, endroit calme entre Trinidad et Playa Ancon. Expedia affiche notre emplacement exact sur Google Maps. Merci pour l'évaluation de notre localisation géographique.

Hôtel très agréable, un peu éloigné du centre
Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, très joli, propre et confortable, avec piscine. Personnel très agréable et bon lieu de rencontre avec d'autres voyageurs en escale à Trinidad (bar avec musicien le soir). Très bon petit dejeuner bon et abordable et diner bon également. Bar un peu cher. Wifi accessible uniquement dans les parties communes et connexion assez faible. Seul bémol pour la localisation : plage et centre accessibles uniquement en taxi.

Sono la solo z sfruttare il turista, con prezzi esorbitanti ! Scarsa pulizia all'esterno. Personale istruito a dovere x dare il minimo . ( la colazione che era inclusa ,era appena sufficente x una persona . Abbiamo dovuto chiedere dinuovo il latte. Fermandosi x la cena ,due bicchieri di vino nero sono sti misurati con ,come misura un vasetto usato piccolo di yogurt. Sono sti pagati 3 euro a bicchiere.

Ein sehr ungehaltener Gast der leider auch noch am Abreisetag vergessen hat die Minibar zu bezahlen.Die schlechte Bewertung beruht auf der Tatsache das der Gast entgegen unseren Hausregeln sein Frühstück bereits um 6:00 Uhr morgens wollte was verneint wurde. Unsere Küche ist erst ab 7:00 Uhr besetzt ist und Frühstück gibt es dann ab 8:00 Uhr und auf Anfrage auch schon ab 7:30 Uhr. Der Gast hatte ein inkludiertes kontinentales Frühstück gebucht in dem außer für den Kaffee keine Milch enthalten ist trotzdem bekam der Gast jeden Tag zweimal unentgeldlich die verlangte Milch.Wein wird bei uns wie üblich mit 12cl serviert, der Gast wollte allerdings volle Weingläser ohne Aufpreis. Sauberkeit wird bei uns groß geschrieben und alle Mitarbeiter versuchen unseren Gästen den Aufenthalt bei uns so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir freuen uns immer über jede Art von konstruktiver Kritik die uns hilft unseren Service zu verbessern. Manchmal gibt es Gäste die einfach im falschen Land sind.

Very quiet hotel, a haven of peace. Very friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Located outside the noise of Trinidad, but Trinidad is still easily accessible by cab, car, etc... The food served on site is excellent, and the cocktails absolutely delicious. The rooms are large and clean. The pool is beautiful. I recommend this place.

Un charme bien caché
Excentré de Trinidad, sur la route du port, ce qui recherche du calme plutôt que le bruit de la ville. Hôtel qui cache bien son charme. On est dans un lieu calme et la piscine est très agréable. La chambre pour 4 est spacieuse et la clim ne fait pas de bruit. Le personnel est très accueillant et aide pour la préparation des visites. Le wifi fonctionne

Eine super Unterkunft,: sauber, großes Zimmer und großes Bad, mit einer kleinen Terrasse, toller Pool in Gartenanlage, leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen, freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Besitzer. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und grosszügig, klimatisiert, sehr sauber, auch die Badezimmer und Duschen waren sehr gut. Die Zimmer wurden täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Der Pool war super und das Frühstück war toll, sehr reichhaltig. Wir schätzten zudem den Wäscheservice sehr. Das Internet funktionierte im Eingangsbereich sehr gut und war für kubanische Verhältnisse ziemlich schnell. Die Unterkunft verfügte sogar über einen Generator der bei Stromausfällen überbrückte (diese seien an dem Ort selten, es lag am starken Gewitter). Die Anlage ist sehr schön, mit einem schönen Garten mit Teich und vielen Pflanzen. Die Gastgeber (ein Deutscher und eine Kubanerin) sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben sehr gute Tipps zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung aber auch für die weitere Reise an weiter entfernte Orte. Sie halfen mir auch aus der Klemme als auf einem Ausflug etwas schief ging mit dem Bezahlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Great place and helpfull owner and familie. It had a great garden and pool, which was very welkom in june. It was Hot!! The Food is great too and you van choose in the morning het you like

Très bon séjour
Je recommande cet hôtel. Endroit idéal pour se reposer. La chambre est spacieuse. La terrasse est très agréable. Clim wifi tv. La salle de bain est jolie et confortable. Il manque juste du savon et du shampoing. La musicien est magnifique agréable et propre. Plus grande que sur les photos. Nous avons dîné le soir sur place et quel régal ! Pour 10€ par personne wow ! Le seul bémol le petit déjeuner en supplément a 3€ alors qu’il est normalement compris dans le prix. Mais cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour. Non loin de Trinidad a 4km
