The room was immaculate! The facilities & amenities were adequate. The atmosphere and hospitality attitude was weird, kind of felt like a short-term boarding house. Clients are treated like tenants rather than guests. Adaptable.

I liked the cleanliness and courtesy of the check in process, the kitchenette was great to have and the gym was nice. It is in a very easy access for shopping and entertainment value. The price was easy on the budget.

The staff is every friendly. When my husband and I walked into the lobby it smelt so clean and not like a hospital like some other hotels do. Our room smelt really good and was really clean. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. My husband and I will be staying there again

The motel appears well designed without needless extras. There are no warn out rugs, poor painted walls or walk ways, and one knows the facilities are kept well maintained. This was our second stay and it continues to be a great value.

I had made reservations at another motel. Upon checking into the other property, I quickly backed out and demanded a refund. When I found Woodspring, I was pleasantly surprised! The difference was night and day! A great location. Many amenities. Clean. Friendly staff. Affordable rates.

Staff had great great customer service skills. We reserved a room with a king size bed and because the hotel over booked we were given a room with a queen size bed and we’re notified. When arriving to the NON SMOKING room, in the NON SMOKING hotel our room had the horrible odor of being smoked in and since the hotel was over booked we didn’t have another option besides opening a window and spraying Lysol in the room to mask the odor.

I have stayed here before, really like the location. It's easy to get anywhere in Tri-Cities from here. The one thing I really disliked was the bed frames, they are raised so high off the floor you have to climb up into bed. The pillows are awful too, but other than that it's a nice place.

The online fee for pets says $50 deposit plus $5 fee per night. It does NOT say non-refundable deposit. The definition of deposit implies getting your deposit back if no damage. The manager did reduce my fee in half. Otherwise, I’d say this hotel is fine enough for a quick one night stay while traveling through. Decent clean rooms.
