"The hotel is in a really convenient location (a very short walk from the Water bus stop). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel has a bit of luxury about it.
The staff were welcoming from the first minute and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast waiters even remembered we were the ones for no coffee!!
We had a slight issue with the room. A squealing noise was coming from an area by the heater. We raised it with reception (at gone 10pm) and they came straight up to investigate. It wasn't something that they could fix without maintenance so immediately went to see if they could find another room. Found us another room for the rest of the stay which was a slightly upgraded room too.
Their recommendations for restaurants were very good as well. "
"The hotel staff were great! Location was perfect right in front of water taxi and water bus! Walking distance to St. Mark and Doge Castle. I just wished we had the full view of the canal vs. just half from our balcony. "
"Colombina Hotel was a perfect spot to stay in Venice! Centrally located to some of the city's most iconic locations, while offering a quiet and authentic experience right on one of Venice's famous canals. The hotel had wonderful service, larger than expected rooms, and a great breakfast! I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!"
