O restaurante na frente do hotel é elegante e tem uma vista muito bonita da represa. O serviço é horrível! Fizemos um pedido de pratos simples, filé de frango grelhado com batatas e um sanduíche de filé de frango com queijo. O pedido foi feito às 14:50h e só recebemos a comida depois das 17:00h porque perguntamos pela comida. O quarto tem bastante espaço e estava limpo. A internet funciona no quarto. A cama e os travesseiros são velhos. Precisam ser trocados. O chuveiro do quarto tem água quente mas não tem pressão, sai bem pouquinha água.

Gostei bastante das acomodações, os cardápios são ótimos apesar que alguns com preços bem salgado. Mas no quesito que não gostei é que otempo da diária deles não é bem esclarecida ao fazer a reserva então uma diária que deveria ser pela lógica de 24 hs acaba sendo de 12hs e isso eu não gostei. Algums funcionários da recepção principal onde se o check-in muito despreparados para o cargo, mas no geral gostei.
