"We attended a wedding in Capaccio. The bride and groom suggested this hotel. It is so tastefully done. Even though it is only about 10 years old it appears authentic. The restaurant was superb and the proprietor and staff were exceptional with their caring. It is a family operation and they are charming. "Ho prenotato la struttura tramite il sito hotels.com, il giorno del check-in, la reception mi manda indietro dicendo che non compare nessuna prenotazione a nome mio, quando invece avevo mostrato prenotazione e ricevuta. Pensavo che visto il disagio, mi offrisse una soluzione gratis mentre si cercava di capire l’inconveniente e invece per forza voleva farmi pagare un’altra stanza.
