"Desde o momento em que chegámos, fomos recebidos com uma simpatia e atenção raras. Toda a equipa foi incrível — dedicada, genuinamente simpática e com um sentido humano que faz toda a diferença, especialmente no cuidado e carinho demonstrado para com a nossa filha. O quarto era excelente: limpo, acolhedor e com uma vista maravilhosa. A comida, deliciosa. E o hotel em si, irrepreensivelmente limpo e organizado. Já estivemos em muitos hotéis, sobretudo em contexto de trabalho, mas nunca tínhamos...

"Fantastic location, friendly staff, great food. If the Serenity concept is to work, the management has to decide: either an adults-only hotel or a separate playground for children. This needs to be improved, as the children otherwise are always loud with everyone."

Minha única observação (não é nem uma reclamação), é que o trem pra Lisboa sai às 7:43 , bem com os passeios iniciam-se bem cedo, mas o café só tem início às 7:30 , não sendo possível aproveitar o mesmo. Poderiam pensar em iniciar as 7:00 ou fornecer um serviço de café pra viagem , como fazem em muitos hotéis "
