Expensive, cold, odd toilet window

There’s an inviting photo of a hot tub at advertisement, was so looking forward to it, no where to be found. It’s an expensive space that feels cold & uncared for, nicks and black scruff marks in bedroom, empty walls. Small shower without door brings cold air in as you wash, drain comes undone as you move around washing, it was packed with slimy hair, and there’s a window in the small bathroom that opens to the hallway, opposite the toilet, whether open or not, your toilet noise can be heard in hallway.
