"After being transferred to my third unclean, not updated room, woke the next morning to BED BUGS!!!! They only refunded my two extra nights, not the night I stayed. Absolutely horrific and disgusting place to stay!"

There has to be new management however because the towels were so hard and dry. I have stayed in this establishment alot and the towels were always so soft and comfy. Until now. I had a room for 2 nights and on the day after check in, "housekeeping" attempted to barge in to clean the room. While I appreciate the fact that they wanted to clean a room, they beat on the door, woke me up, scared the entire crap out of me. I had the safety bar thingy on the door and they were unable to get in, but even then, they continued to bang on the door hollering "room service". I had to tell them through the door 3 times I did not want any service. Lastly, out of 3 ice machines in the hotel, not one of them worked. No ice was provided. Unacceptable. "

"The corners of elevator were dirty. The bath mat towel was badly frayed on one side. I know these are minor, but still not a good reflection upon housekeeping. The girl who checked us in was very friendly and greeted us very kindly. Other than the two negatives mentioned, the motel and room was excellent. "

"Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have been recently upgraded with new furniture, carpeting, etc. Breakfast is the least attractive with a minimal selection of options."
