"The room was clean and spacious. It had projector with Netflix which was good.
The bed was comfortable but the covers were a horrible fabric that kept giving us electric shocks.
Only down side was checking in, instead of providing the access code before arrival. We had to wait for them to reply to us even though we told them of our arrival. We ended up sitting outside for 2 hours waiting for them to answer the texts and calls. "
"I absolutely cannot rate this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, along with during my entire stay, I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy any guest could ask for. All staff were remarkable but 3 in particular. I am eternally grateful to Mai Trang, Huy and Cam. My stay mattered and these 3 went above and beyond to demonstrate this. "남편과 저는 용다리 근처에 있고 주변에 맛집과 산책할 곳이 많아서 이 숙소를 선택했습니다. 위치가 시내 중심이라 조금 시끄럽긴 하지만 밤에는 조용합니다. 저희 방 침구는 깨끗하고 통풍이 잘 되고, 방도 깨끗하고 프로젝터, 냉장고 등 다른 편의시설도 잘 사용할 수 있습니다. 특히 마음에 드는 점은 방에 큰 창문과 발코니가 있다는 것입니다. 아내도 이곳의 인테리어를 좋아해요. 가격도 매우 합리적이고 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 저희를 응원해 주신 쿠에와 코기 팀에 감사드립니다. 다음에 또 뵙겠습니다."
"Je recommande vivement Sena Home. Khánh Lê est très gentil et très serviable. Nous avons pu déposer nos valises avant l’heure d’arrivée et Khánh Lê nous a contacté dès que la chambre était libre.
