"A couple of years ago, we stayed at Legado Mitico in Buenos Aires and we loved it! So we were very happy to find Legado Mitico in Salta! The hotel is beautiful with an inviting sitting room, a well manicured outside patio and the rooms themselves are very nicely furnished and feel like home. The personnel is accommodating and friendly, and they surprised me with champagne on my birthday. Very sweet! The cold breakfast buffet was perfect and you can also order various egg dishes if you so desire....

"Samsara Hotel is tough to rate. On one hand the staff were fantastic; kind, responsive, flexible. On the other hand, the place is not in great shape. We had four beds in our room and every single one had a stained comforter. Yuck. The table in our room had wood shavings falling off. On a positive note, the breakfast was nicely laid out and the room was a good size. This is a place with character, has a wonderful staff but needs some serious TLC."
