"Great renovation and great hotel "

"For the price I paid, the accommodation was adequate. The first thing I saw as I entered the room was a little cockroach. The room is very dated and looks like it hasn't been changed since it was built. The staff were accommodating seeing as my flight was late and I didn't get to the hotel until very late. "

"I really enjoy my stay here. It's nice and quiet. Westfield mall is 10mins away. If u happen to rent a car. Parking is very convenient. Hotel is right beside the subway"

"This isn’t quite 4-star quality. While the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, it’s worth managing expectations. The rooms were clean, but the hotel feels quite outdated. The bathrooms are very small and lacked ventilation, which isn’t ideal. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was basic at best, and the shuttle service is overpriced at $16 per person. You’re much better off taking an Uber to the domestic terminal, especially since it’s too far to comfortably walk. If this were marketed as a 3-star hotel, I wouldn’t have been disappointed. As it stands, it falls short of 4-star expectations. I had rebooked for our return stay, but have since changed to a different hotel."

"Taxi's and cars can't park safely near the hotel so you'll have to drag your bags up and around a nearby side street. The noise is horrendous - you can hear everything because the windows open into the corridors. There aren't any real curtains but little shutters. It was bizarre. If you're trying to book somewhere for convenience and a good nights sleep this is not the place. "

"Hotel is in an excellent location in Hurstville, I occupied the room with small private bathroom which includes just a tiny wash basin no real outside view from only window in the room and reasonably good shower. Lots of other rooms along a long corridor are not entirely sound proof, could hear other arrivals conversations at times whilst commencing my sleep. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits bathroom soaps. Fair value for money"
