"Upon entering the hotel, the lobby was clean and looked amazing. We got our room and as we make our way back we are right down from all the maintenance rooms. The laundry room, elevator storage, etc. Outside our window was the lovely view of a whole stack of pallets and other junk. As we were getting settled in, we noticed several little tiny flies (larger than gnats) in our room but even more in the bathroom. Getting ready to get some rest, I look at my pillow and there were several brown stains on it. I went to the front desk and asked for a clean pillow case and the gentleman there said he would get someone right over to take care of that. No one ever showed up. The next evening as we were getting ready for bed on our final night there, there was a pungent sewer smell that overtook our room for 10-15 minutes at least. The eating area was very clean but at least one staff member was pretty rude. I am hopeful that other rooms in other areas were better than ours but I do not know that for sure. I have never written a bad report such as this one before but thought some things needed to be said."

"This hotel is going downhill fast! We had 5 rooms and they were extremely hot. Even with fans the temperature of the rooms were always between 75 and 80. The carpet felt wet due to the humidity. There was a large water break which caused the carpet to get soaked and smell so bad. The pool was filthy with food, bandaids, and other things floating in the pool. Management was advised and did nothing to clean it up. Our kids didn’t even want to get in it. Some of our rooms had trouble with toilets, showers and bathtubs. We had to evacuate the building at 5:00 AM due to some imaginary problem. It wasn’t easy for elderly people to walk down 10 flights of stairs for no good reason. Also one of our rooms did not receive the emergency alarm at all. We have enjoyed this facility in years past but not this time. Also we were not informed when making the reservations that there was $16.53 per night for parking."

"I enjoyed my stay but the building is definitely outdated and more areas need an upgrade. I would also suggest that the toilets be raised or updated to higher toilets as grown ppl are not children and need higher toilets to sit on for ore comfort. Also make sure the staff are not laying on the beds as one of the beds in the trim sleds of someone’s perfume/cologne and it was right after we got into the room after check in at 3pm"
