Nice modern hotel with friendly staff
A very nice, modern and well maintained hotel with easy access into the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tours or the surrounding area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely find, Used as just a place to get our head down before we flew back the next dy. Clean, comfortable hotel. Car Park wasn't that easy to find at night but other than that great find. Reception really lovely and friendly.

Very good location very close to a tram stop for easy access to the city centre. Modern hotel with excellent bedroom and bathroom. Friendly and pleasant staff. very good breakfast. Secure underground car park. Would definitely stay again.

Missing link spoils the night
Generally very good. The room was excellent, underground parking was secure and the staff were very helpful. The only setback was the wifi signal which was non-existent

Lots of positives , location, cleanliness, closeness to a variety of restaurants, unfortunately all outweighed by the big negative of the parking! Having to pay is ok but underground parking which is difficult to find and drive into is not! Due to this we would not stay again!

The hotel is located 1 minute walk from the tram stop - this tram takes you to the heart of Tours. Pleasant hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodated requests for a room away from the lift.

Brand-new hotel across the street from the tram
This Campanile chain hotel is directly across the street from the Vaucanson tram station, with a 20-minute ride direct to the center of Tours. As of mid-2022, the hotel was brand-new, as was the district in which it is located. Google maps hadn't quite mapped the area yet. There are a few restaurants and a movie theater, but no supermarkets, boulangeries, or cafes. The only negative about the hotel is the signage: they absolutely need to put up some highly visible signs directing people to the parking area, which is underground behind the hotel. If you can find the parking (and figure out how to get in), this is a fantastic location from which to tour Tours on a budget.

Really lovely hotel, the rooms were sparklingly clean and the staff really friendly. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really great. The only criticism was that the underground parking garage was filthy, full of building dust - we got it all over our bags and clothes which was really unpleasant.

Took us an hour to find hotel,not listed on sat nav under Campanille hotels.no signs to hotel. Had to go onto a buffalo Bills to see if they knew where it was.told it was among building site!!! It was new and very nice just difficult to find.

There is no restaurant but there are three within metres of the front door. The underground secure car park is a bonus Rooms are a good size and the ensuite fabulous. A very comfortable experience

The hotel was clean & comfortable, parking was underground at an extra charge. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant however couldn't be recommended, the service was very slow and the food wasn't good. Wouldn't go there again.

Property is brand new unfortunately the staff isn’t properly trained. It took 3 staff members to figure out how to make a coffee. Second morning got charged €4 for a instant “cappuccino “

Brand new hotel, so clean and in excellent condition. Secure underground parking was a plus and while hotel is some way out of the city it is right next to a tram stop, cinema and bar/restaurant. Many other restaurants or branded takeaways within 5-10 mins walk.

Sejour d’une nuit à Tours. Idéalement localisé pour visiter les châteaux et à 10mn en voiture du centre. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Aucun bruit. Plus spacieux en vrai qu’en photo. Je recommande !
