"The room was clean until you looked under the bed, which was totally filthy. The food is 75% microwaved and the swimming pools is a health hazard to children - It was so cold I had to pull my daughter out as she had blue lips and was shivering. I reported this to the manager and he told me it was my problem for letting her go in the pool - This was reported through Radisson HO who were disgusted and vowed to take action.
If you do have children, do yourself a favour and re-book somewhere else!"
"This is a great base to stay when visiting Monaco, but it’s also uses a conference Hotel so can be very busy at times. One of the great aspects of the Hotel is that it’s the only one with its Private beach in Monaco. The staff have always been very courteous to us and the rooms at the back can be noisy due to building work put on the hole it is a wonderful hotel and the front rooms have wonderful views of the sea.P"

"Breakfast was served in the 6th floor of the hotel which had a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. It was a beautiful setting. Unfortunately the service did not measure up to the setting. I had finished my buffet breakfast before I got my Americano coffee. We had dinner at the same location that evening and it was very slow in getting our drinks as well. Other than that, the service was excellent. The concierge was outstanding. But for a 5 star hotel you expect more efficient service in their dining facilities."
"My fourth stay in four years. This hotel is one of the reason I go back to the Cote d'Azur. They make me feel welcome, special and relaxed. The rooms may not be super modern and slick, but to me that is part of the charm of this traditional hotel. It feels classy, not hip. It feels luxurious without being pretentious. The staff is excellent and always friendly. The prices for the spa, food and beach are not cheap, but it is is a luxury hotel on the Croisette, so that is to be expected. I did treat myself to a Spa day, and it was worth it. Looking forward to next years stay."
"The location was really good. Close to the beach & restaurant & bars & shops as it was central to most places.
We had an executive room with terrace city view. It was smaller than expected for the price we paid.
We had drinks at the bar and the service was good.
The breakfast was a big keg down. Not a huge choice . And the hot choices were not hot. The scrambled egg was cold and others were not good quality.
We were not told we could order eggs either. We saw a table with poached eggs ands then asked.
We kinda wished we stayed at the Mercury next door to save some money as the hotel was not worth the money we paid.
I was impressed with the response on the app when we requested extra pillows & water they did respond & 1 hour extra complementary check out."
