Good question quality/price deal

Convenient location, clean and safe. Kitchenette missing some accessories. Bus stop to airport in front of the hotel. Walking distance to everything. Poor wifi.

Great location and price! I didn’t realize that the rooms don’t get cleaned while you are there, but it wasn’t a problem since I was only there 2 nights!

The room was clean and comfortable, but small (which we expected). It is right beside a grocery store and near many restaurants. The front desk isn't open all the time, and I was concerned that with our late arrival we wouldn't get communication about the codes to get us into the building or our room before we arrived. The front desk promptly sent us the codes at 3pm, advertised check-in time, and it was easy to gain access to the building and our room for our 11pm arrival. Overall I would give this hotel a very good rating!

Bof dans l'ensemble.

Le lieu est très bien situé, à la prote du centre ville de Toulouse, navette aéroport juste en face, liaisons faciles avec la gare. Sms avant mon arrivée pour m'indiquer des codes d'accès de l'entrée et de ma chambre. J'avais l'impression d'avoir réservé un formule 1. Personne à l'accueil à mon arrivée (19h). En bas, il y a un bar très bruyant, éviter les chambres qui donnent sur la rue. Pour moi, 3eme étape côté cour très calme. Cependant, chambre petite, et très sombre. Clim utile à Toulouse. Les couloirs paraissent un peu sales, la chambre elle même est assez "usée", mais confortable pour une nuit. Si plus longtemps, déprime assurée. Mon avis est donc très mitigé, c'est pratique mais bof dans l'ensemble, surtout pour le prix (130 euros tout de même).

Sale, sale, sale, sale....

Absolument lamentable. Je n'ai jamais vu un établissement aussi sale. La salle de bain était d'une saleté incroyable. Poils et cheveux absolument partout (cuvette WC, porte du meuble sous vasque, receveur de douche...), serviette tachées et elles aussi agrémentées de poils, tout comme le lit. À noter egalement le distributeur de savon vide.... bref, à fuir. Si vous navez pas lu les informations en tout petit, sachez qu'il ny a pas non plus d'ascenseur.... aucun interet si ce n'est l'emplacement

La base

La base. Tout fonctionne, y compris l'air climatisé, et ma chambre donnant côté cour, c'était calme. Si ça avait été rue, il y a de l'activité sous les fenêtres jusque tard. Je n'ai croisé personne et le check in se fait soi-même, au moins c'est rapide. Mais rien de plus. Meme pas une petite cuillère pour touiller le café instantané mis a disposition.

Très déçu

L'expérience a été assez médiocre. Les chambres sont très mal isolées avec un très grand jour autour des portes. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs. Même chauffage éteint il fait très chaud dans les chambres. Et le pire : J'ai voulu me faire un thé le matin et j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de constater qu'un sachet de thé moisi était présent la bouilloire... A part la localisation, il n'y a rien de bien.

Salle de bain avec le rideau qui colle quand on prend la douche. proche de la station de métro et pas loin du cœur de Toulouse. à part des sms, pas de contavt avec les responsable de la résidence A savoir, chambre 102 qui donne sur le boulevard et au dessus d'un restaurant avec dj, quand les fenêtres sont fermées ça va, je ne sais pas ce que ça peut donner avec fenêtres ouvertes

Petit hotel tres bien situé a côté d'une excellente pizzeria en plus... Hotel tres propre, jolie petite chambre avec un lit confortable, une salle de bain spacieuse et un petit coin bureau bien utile, j'ai pu travailler en visio... Produits de toilette fournis ainsi qu'un plateau garni de the, café,... Mini frigo dans la penderie en plus... Tres contente, j'espere pouvoir reserver pour mes prochains sejours

Location is the only thing nice about this place. Communication was decent. Property was dated, there was AC but no control to turn on, non-smoking but you can smell smoke, parking was hell, spend a little more abs get a better place.

Très bon rapport qualité prix!

Chambre confortable, bonne literie, très bien située en plein centre. J’ai reçu les codes par sms pour rentrer dans la résidence et la chambre car pas de personnel à mon arrivée : pratique mais il ne faut pas perdre les codes!
