The room is largest among most APA hotels across Japan. Most importantly, the heat can be adjusted even completely turn off. unfortunately, the bathroom water supply was cut off in the morning due to Hotel’s technical issue, which had not been resolved during my stay.

Great experience for Tottori APA Hotel

The twin room is very comfortable and clean, perfect for hanging out with friends. I have stayed at APA hotels in other areas before, but the room in Tottori was particularly amazingly big.

Super convenient to stay here, within walking distance to the train station plus many dining options around the hotel. Possible to walk over to the AEON shopping center too. Parking is also available at the airport for 500 Yen a night.

Easy access hotel

The hotel is in a good position and easy easy walking distance to the station and the Aeon supermarket. The beds are comfortable. Unfortunately our room smelled of smoke and we didn’t get the room I had booked. It was still a good place to stay despite this.

My only complaint would be that the corridor leading to our room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke..unpleasant because we booked a non-smoking room .Otherwise the room was comfortable and large. The breakfast was generous and the location was excellent..within 300 metres of train station exit

Value for money

The hotel is located at the south side of the train station and is only 5 mins walk away. I had low expectations with respect to the stay as the rates were low. I was surprised with the level of comfort and the room size. The breakfast was basic though. This is my first stay at an APA hotel and I would be happy to stay in another!

Just 3 min walk from Tottori JR station, perfect location. Hotel room provides all necessary amenities, however there is no mini-fridge. Mattress is comfortable.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant of the hotel was overpriced and the food was not good nor were there decent portion sizes. We booked a non-smoking room but the entire hallway was filled with cigarette smoke. Our room even had cigarette smoke coming through the vent in the bathroom and filled our room with that same smoke. We had the room window open overnight in an attempt to deal with the smoke.

Quiet hotel near the train station. Has a few dining options around the hotel. Like most small cities/towns, they mostly close early(8-9pm). So eat early, or resort to 711/familymart food. Hotel is currently under renovations. This has not impacted my sleep/stay. I did not hear any noise during my stay. Rooms are clean. The staff at the reception are very friendly. They fixed an error for me. I didnt know I selected a smoking room. The receptionst was able to put me in a non smoking room. I would stay with them again when im back in Totori. Arigatou!
