We were unable to check in far enough in advance to avoid the hassles while travelling and upon arrival after travelling all day it was difficult to get towels (even though we were willing to pay) due to poor communication with the host. The place strangely had no garbage in the washroom.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist echt super. Bei den Garden View Zimmern hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Park und dahinter das Meer. Der Supermarkt und Bäcker ist sehr nah, genauso wie der Park und Strand. Zum Zentrum muss man ein paar Minuten gehen. Mit den Wohnungen kann man mal mehr mal weniger Glück haben was die Mängel anbelangt. Wir konnten unser Bidet nicht nutzen weil es undicht war. Bei der Toilette lief auch Wasser (zum Glück sauberes Spülwasser) aus und wir haben uns eine Konstruktion mit PET Flasche und Schüssel gebaut um nicht ständig eine Pfütze zu haben. Wir haben die Mängel akzeptiert, weil wir aus anderen Bewertungen entnommen haben, dass bei anderen die es gemeldet haben in der kurzen Zeit eh nichts gemacht wurde. Unsere Eltern waren in der Wohnung neben uns und hatten keine Probleme mit dem Bad und auch besseren Wasserdruck in der Küche. Die Küche ist ok ausgestattet, leider keine Spülmaschine. Dafür gibt es eine Waschmaschine (obwohl mir die Rezeption im Voraus gesagt, es gäbe keine). Betten muss man selbst beziehen. Achtung es gibt eine ziemliche Stechmückenplage. Wir haben in der ersten Nacht nicht aufgepasst und vor allem unsere Kinder wurden extrem verstochen (hunderte Stiche, viel im Gesicht). Danach haben wir Nachts die Badezimmertür geschlossen, denn dort aus dem Lüftungsschacht kommen auch einige. Und wir haben die Raid-Abwehrdiffusoren in zwei Steckdosen gesteckt. Seit dem ging es und die Stiche jucken zum Glück nicht.

Location was good and apartment had all our needs however the air conditioner was broken and they didn’t do much to help us. They kept saying they waiting for the engineer but we were there for a week and no sign of an engineer. They could have offered us fans or perhaps another apartment but they didn’t seem too concerned to help. So that was disappointing. Apartment is outdated and probably needs a good refurbishment in the near future. A bit noisy but that was to be expected at this busy time.

En general perfecto. La recepción nos permitio la entrada antes de la hora prevista. La ubicación respecto de la playa es inmejorable (100 m.). El personal muy amable i servicial. Seguro que repetimos.

correcte le seul bémol la présence de fourmis. On a du acheter un produit pour s'en débarrasser le service accueil a qui on a signalé ce petit désagrément nous a dit qu'ils allaient faire le nécessaire mais rien n'a été fait.

Una experiencia mixta

El apartamento es demasiado pequeño para 6 personas. Para 4 hasta máximo 5 personas seria acceptable. El balcón no se puede utilizar por la tarde, ya que no hay sombra. Un parasol o una cortina ayudaría. Aunque las fotos dan una impresión diferente, no hay vista de la piscina desde el apartamento. Bastante ruido desde el bar en frente por la noche. Positivo a tener en cuenta es la proximidad a la playa. La limpieza estaba bien.

Хорошее , бюджетное место

Были с 13 по 22 мая. Паркинг бесплатный, но в сезон мест не будет, готовьте деньги. Номер укомплектован всем необходимым. На туалетные пренадлежности не расчитывайте, постельное есть, полотенца платные. Бойлера горячей воды хватало на 1,5 человека! Дикая слышимость!!! Отличный песчанный пляж в 50 метрах за кедровым парком!!!! Рекомендую обычным людям!!!! " ДВОРЯНАМ" ЗДЕСЬ НЕ МЕСТО!!!!! ВАМ В РЕДИССОН!!!!

Gebühren pro Handtuch pro Wochon. 4,-- Euro. z.B. 2 Pers. 2. Handtücher b. 3 Wochen 48.-- Euro Parkplatz pro Tag 7,50 Euro. 3 Wochen 157,50 Euro. 22 Plätze stehen zur Verfügung, besetzt mit. 2 Autos. Teilweise kein Auto. Um das Hotel herrscht akute Parkplatznot. Trotzdem parkt man wegen der hohen Gebühren da lieber 500mtr. entfernt.

Ruim appartement en heeft een centrale ligging.

In de beschrijving stond een vaatwasser, maar dat bleek een wasmachine te zijn. Geen koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker, maar een mini pergolator en een fluitketel. Verder volledig keukengerei. Appartement was ruim, wat gedateerd maar hebben het prima naar onze zin gehad!

Localisation optimale mais extrêmement bruyant!

Nous avions un appartement coté rue, 1er étage, parfait pour nous faire profiter à plein du bruit des restaurants du dessous, du quai de chargement du supermarché et des poubelles. Boules quies indispensable pour pouvoir dormir sereinement. Meme problème de bruit à l'intérieur de la résidence trés mal insonorisé. L'intérieur a besoin d'un sérieux coup de rafraichissement et d'une remise en état globale. Parfait pour des fétards mais pas pour une famille.
