This could have been a lovely stay in L'Estartit but unfortunately the hotel failed to deliver. Our main issue was a persistent and overpowering smell of sewage coming from the shower drain of our room. We reported this twice to the front desk and were kindly reassured they would resolve the issue. Unsurprisingly, they did not. Eventually we complained again and the director moved us to another room but not without stressing that we must check out immediately and couldn't check in again until many hours later - so they could move someone else into the sewage smelling room... To make matters worse, the new room wasn't cleaned well enough and there were shards of glass in the shower which my wife cut her foot on. Disappointing and frustrating - we will not be back here or at any other gaiarooms property.

Hôtel très bien situé au centre , proche de nombreux restaurants, 3 mn a pied de la plage. Agréable piscine. 15€ le petit déjeuner, la c est hors de prix ! !!

Una joya en el centro de l’Estartit. Todo muy correcto, me ha sorprendido la gran ducha del baño y el aire acondicionado de la habitación muy silencioso. Desayuno variado y correcto. Lástima que entra luz a través de las cortinas opacas por el gran ventanal del balcón y me despierto fácilmente por este motivo. Nevera para poder tener agua fresquita en la hab. Todo súper bien

A ne pas louper

A l’arrivée deux jeunes femmes d’une gentillesse incroyable. Ensuite la chambre impeccable grande salle de bain grand écran télé. Petit déjeuner très bien. Pour le parking il faut trouver une place dans les petites rues, car l’hôtel est dans une rue piétonne. Je vous le recommande.
