"We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, walkable to every main attractions yet quite , truly a hidden gem. Excellent service, staff are very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel! The only downside was that we cannot use gym before 9:00am. "

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"The staff were lovely, and the location was perfect. The apartment was beautifully decorated and looked even better in person than in photos. A few things that could be improved are the mattress - it was far too firm and I woke up with a stiff back each morning because of this. "What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!"

"Lovely hotel in a great location and we just returned from our second time staying there. The rooms are huge with a lot of storage (though we got a premium room again). Beds are so comfortable and it’s very quiet so we had a great sleep. Bathroom and toiletries are lovely and housekeeping excellent. Weather wasn’t so hot this time so we didn’t visit the rooftop pool as we did last time. Love the coffee and sweeties available too."
