"Conveniently situated & serves the one of the best breakfasts in all of the travelling we’ve done over the years throughout the UK. The owner-hosts were very helpful & genuinely friendly without being imposing. Only one minor criticism of the room in that I found one of my pillows was flat & the other like having my head on a rock. "Very clean, friendly and helpful host, great breakfast"

"Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very good breakfast, well cooked and presented and plenty of choice. Staff very helpful. My only concern would be the steps up to the property they are not easy if you have any kind of mobility problem."

"Great stay, room was large and clean, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent, so much choice and very tasty. Also got a car parking space on site. Hosts were lovely. Nothing to complain about at all🤗"

"We had lovely time staying at the Cleveland Hotel. The room was excellent and the staff was very helpful."

We were warmly welcomed, and the information Steve shared about local restaurants helped us to find some delicious seafood even on a bank holiday weekend!! Wendy’s delicious homemade cake was a lovely addition to a relaxing cuppa in the garden on our arrival, and the breakfast menu covers all tastes, including...
