The location is very convenient, easy to get to anywhere. The room was spacious. The only downside is the voice coming from AC; it is too loud. If they had a better option for AC that would be better.

Liked the hotel however when we asked to have a late check out, just one hour, we were told it would cost $25. They were not even full the next day because we asked. Just thought for the price that we paid for a room we could have had an extra hour!

Convenient to everything you want to access i downtown Toronto. It is only 1 block east of busy Yonge Street and 1 block south of Dundas Square. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Particularly Pella on reception was very kind and helpful

Perfect location, close to Eaton Centre mall which has a food court. It’s also close to Queen subway but it’s walkable to Union -really enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

Despite rates of CDN$400 on the weekend I was there, you must request room service, EVERY DAY otherwise you do not get daily room service. At these prices, the right thing to do is to be proactive and customer focused default to room service and letting guests opt out instead Of the other way around.

This was our first time staying at the Pantages hotel. It was ideal for the weekend and convenient to Massey Hall, shopping, and dining. A 10 minute drive by Uber from the Train Station. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. There is no vending machines for snacks or ice available on the floors. Check in/out was good. The breakfast at Stages was good, although it took a while as our server was new. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall nice hotel. Only issues to note: doorknob on bathroom door was loose; deadbolt lock on room door would occasionally prevent the door from closing, I needed to force the door closed otherwise it would remain open and only needed to be lightly pushed open to enter; moderately loud whistling sound coming from the air vent when the fan turned on at 6am (one time only lasting about 20 mins)

I was in a small room with a king bed. My bed was very uncomfortable. The side of the mattress sagged or sloped down. I honestly thought it was an old foam mattress, but when I checked it was a proper mattress. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I have stayed in a suite at the Pantages and the bed was very comfortable. Perhaps I was given an old room because I booked through Expedia this time?

Nice place. Enjoyed our stay, there are alot of homeless in the area but if you want to be in walking distance to almost everything your going to deal with that with other gotels in the area too Tno parking was a bit of a drag but it wasnt a deal breaker

Great central location but also quiet for sleeping. The room was massive. Shower was style over substance, but still usable. All staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the bartender. Impeccable service. Will definitely return.

Last Sunday, we celebrated our 11th anniversary at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was spotless. We especially enjoyed the cozy ambiance created by the dim lighting. To our surprise, the staff even treated us to sweet treats, which was a delightful gesture. My husband and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay. Overall, it was a perfect 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend it if you're visiting downtown Toronto.

Had a good stay at Pantages, the hotel is in a good location. Comfortable beds, hot shower (it did leak onto the bathroom floor though) and felt safe. The rooms are huge. Breakfast is ok, it's a restaurant style rather than a buffet.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Felt safe in the hotel, you have to walk by the front desk to access elevators and after 11pm the front doors lock, so the only people who have access to the building are the customers staying there. Staff is friendly and helpful.
